COIMA RES S.p.A. SIIQ (“COIMA RES”) is a real estate company listed on Borsa Italiana since 2016 managing real estate assets in Italy, primarily focusing on commercial properties. The company is part of the COIMA platform, leader in the Italian real estate sector since 1974 and comprised of 3 main independent organizations, whose business operations are developed along the entire supply chain: in addition to COIMA RES are part of the platform also COIMA SGR and COIMA Srl.

COIMA RES recognizes the skills, the expertise and the capabilities of the human capital as a key success factor for the company. The society employs 6 professionals who directly hold key roles in the company’s management, covering the roles of CFO, Investment Director, Investor Relations Director, Planning & Control Manager and Finance Associate. Functions related to Asset & Investment Management and Property & Development Management are outsourced, respectively, to COIMA SGR and COIMA Srl.

The company's offices are in the Porta Nuova area in Milan, into the new COIMA headquarters designed by Mario Cucinella Architects. The structure of the headquarters responds to a specific cultural aim: COIMA wants to promote a corporate culture based on social interactions, collaboration and dialogue between employees and consultants with a view of creating a space focused on the wellbeing of people, a cohabitation that will facilitate the breaking of silos and the exchange of skills.

The training plan dedicated to human resources is devised and structured to fulfill everyone’s needs, and is linked to an individual evaluation activity which highlights goals achieved and areas for improvement. COIMA regularly organizes the "Knowledge Sharing Program", which entails presentations open to COIMA’s entire personnel, at which guests or internal staff members were given the opportunity to illustrate topics of particular interest, projects, “Best Practices” and new market trends.

REMUNERATION POLICY

COIMA RES has a Remuneration Policy in place that aims to establish guidelines for the remuneration of the Board Members and the Executives with strategic responsibilities. The policy primary purpose is to make sure the company implements a system which is adequate and consistent in terms of financial sustainability in the medium-long term perspective.

Also for non-executive employees the company values transparency and meritocracy; the annual bonuses are defined with a direct correlation to individual performance and in accordance to the internal equity principle. Also, the company reviews his salary ranges to maintain a competitive positioning in the market.

The top management employees are also entitled of injury insurance, life insurance, a complete medical check-up once per year and in some cases a company car.
