The Procedure, adopted by the Board of Directors, regulates the establishment, maintenance and updating of the list of persons who have access to privileged information in compliance with current regulations. In particular, pursuant to art. 18, par. 1, lett. c), Reg. 596/2014, the company must draw up a list of all those who have access to privileged information and with whom there is a professional relationship of collaboration, and who, in carrying out certain tasks, have access to privileged information.
