COIMA RES, as subject to the SIIQ regime, is required to distribute to shareholders, in each financial year, at least 70% of the net profit (determined as per the separate accounts) deriving from real estate leasing activities (and from the ownership of equity investments in SIIQ/SIINQ, SICAF and real estate funds).
