Postponement of annual General Meeting date

April 23rd, 2020, in a single call, for the approval, inter alia, of the financial statements as of December 31st, 2019, and the proposed dividend distribution, is postponed to June 11th, 2020.

The updated corporate events calendar is available on the website www.coimares.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be convened pursuant to current laws and regulations.

As a consequence of the postponement of the Annual General Meeting date, the final dividend, equal to Euro 0.20 per share, will be paid with an ex-dividend date on June 15th, 2020, record date on June 16th, 2020, and payment date on June 17th, 2020.

Any further changes to the corporate events calendar will be communicated promptly.
