Publication of Board of Directors minutes

COIMA RES informs that the minutes of the Board of Directors held on February 20th, 2020 (and that it has resolved to modify the By-laws in order to adapt it to the new discipline on gender quotas in the composition of the corporate bodies introduced by Law no. 160 of December 27th, 2019, Budget Law 2020), has been made available to the public, within the terms of the law, at the registered office, through publication on the Company's website, at www.coimares.com, section "Governance / By Law" , as well as on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" (www.emarketstorage.com).
