COIMA RES informs that Bending Spoons, the Italian high tech company and European leader in the development of apps for the iOS platform, signed a preliminary agreement for the leasing, for a period of 9 years, of the entire office portion of the building C of the Corso Como Place project (previously known as the Bonnet project). The delivery of the building to Bending Spoons is scheduled for 2020.
The office portion of the building C, with approximately 3,400 square meters of commercial surface, corresponds to 80% of the entire building (with the remainder being for retail use) and 18% of the total surface of the Corso Como Place project under development.
Together with the agreement recently signed with Accenture, the agreement signed with Bending Spoons brings to 100% the pre-let for the office portion of the project, an achievement reached 12 months ahead of delivery. Taking into account also the retail portion (which accounts for 5% of the total commercial surface), the entire Corso Como Place project is now 95% pre-let.
COIMA RES owns a 35.7% stake in the Corso Como Place project through the Porta Nuova Bonnet fund while the remaining 64.3% is owned by COIMA Opportunity Fund II.
