The Code of Ethics of COIMA RES defines a clear and transparent set of values to guide the society in achieving its objectives, working against corruption and recognizing the importance of ethical and social responsibility in the performance of business and corporate activities. The main objective is the creation of value for shareholders, pursuit of which the Company’s strategies and operational management are oriented, while maintaining and developing a relationship of trust with its stakeholders in compliance with the provisions of law and the principles of honesty, impartiality, reliability, loyalty, fairness, transparency and good faith. The principles and provisions of the Code of Ethics are binding for executives, employees and all persons working for the society on the basis of contractual relationships, even temporary. COIMA RES employees regularly attend refresher courses on issues related to, among others, regulation and anti-corruption / anti-money laundering.
