The Investment Committee is formed with the purpose of providing consulting and supporting investment and disposal decisions to be taken by the Board of Directors.
The Investment Committee consists of the following directors:
Employees of the Company and/or representatives of COIMA SGR having particular expertise in the financial or real estate field may attend meetings of the committee on specific matters.
The Investment Committee carries out planning activities and executes real estate management and investment decisions, defining the proposals relating to the following subjects as a result of preliminary investigations:
Real estate investment and divestment transactions, including the budget proposals to allocate to the due diligence activities relating to these transactions
Rental agreements involving commercial areas of over 4,000 m2 or over 25% of NRA (net rentable area) in a single building
Performance of analyses launched on opportunities under examination (in the pipeline) and evaluation of the possibility of proceeding with the presentation of non-binding offers
Loan agreements and hedge contracts
Reporting on risks prepared by the Risk Management function
If the outcome is positive
The investment or divestment proposal is submitted to the Board of Directors for evaluation and deliberation. If the Board of Directors rules in favour, the transaction is executed.
